Cheating seems to be pretty common in Sri Lanka. I was surprised at first but beneth the veneer of respectability, a great deal of hanky panky is going on.

I personally think that stupid excuses that ppl use to defend extra marital affairs are just pathetic. There is no excuse for cheating on your spouse no matter how horrible things can be. Just get out of it, divorce, leave them, whatever and ten dance any jig you want. This opinion is particularly when children are involved. You made a choice at some point to get married and then you cannot, while living with that choice make another of this sort. End your choice and start anew. Run at hte alter if you’re having doubts. Divorce if you’re not happy. Kill him if he’s beating you and not letting you leave. Ok .. maybe not kill …. poison him or her maybe ?
